Breacker Joining Plymouth as Assistant Manager

-

TIM Breacker will be introduced to the media at Home Park today as the newest member of manager Ian Holloway's coaching team.
Breacker's arrival at Home Park had been delayed by continuing contractural negotiations with his former employers at QPR.
He was part of Holloway's management team at QPR before the pair were placed on gardening leave - a move that culminated in Holloway becoming Argyle's new manager in the summer.
Another member of that team at QPR, Gary Penrice, joined the Pilgrims as chief scout a couple of months ago and Breacker's arrival will give Holloway the coaching structure he has always wanted.
As a player, Breacker was a tough-tackling right-back. He began his career at Luton Town and made over 200 appearances for the Hatters before moving to West Ham for a fee of £600,000 in 1990.
He spent nine years at Upton Park and was the first choice right-back for most of the 1990's. Breacker finished his long playing career at QPR.
