Queens Park Rangers Chairman Gianni Paladini has said the club are set to increase their summer spending.
Paladini told BBC London 94.9: "By the end of next week we should be able to announce another three new signings.
"The team's already strong, we've got very good players but we need a good depth to our squad, we should bring in another two from Italy.
The expected additions follow the signing of Argentinian midfielder Emmanuel Jorge Ledesma on Friday.

SkySports/Juha Pal - Buzsaky eyes September return
QPR midfielder Akos Buzsaky is hoping to make his return to action in September.
The 26-year-old will miss the start of the new Championship season after undergoing ankle surgery earlier this month.
Buzsaky has been informed by new manager Iain Dowie he is an important player for the team next term, although the former Charlton boss will not rush the Hungarian ace back into action.
"The surgery went well," Buzsaky told Skysports.com. "I expect that I'll be fully fit for the beginning of September.

"I want to impress. I've already spoken to our new manager Iain Dowie who's told me that he's expecting a lot from me, but stressed that he wants me healthy first.
"Then he is going to find the best way to build me into the team as soon as possible."
The former Plymouth Argyle man, who joined from Rangers permanently in January, has backed his decision to leave Home Park for Loftus Road.
Decision
"I made a good decision when I accepted the offer of QPR last year, I had a wonderful season here," he continued.
"I also felt good in Plymouth but after three years I needed a change.
"Plymouth is a great place but London is completely different, I think this change had a very good effect on me." Sky Sports

Qpr boss Iain Dowie is planning to hijack Middlesbrough's move for his old pal Andy Johnson (pictured). Dowie, who was AJ's manager at Crystal Palace, is desperate to rekindle his partnership with the Everton striker.

One year ago, today, QPR announced the signing of John Curtis from Nottingham Forest on a free transfer. Unfortunately this was one of those signings that didn't work out and Curtis moved on after a few months.
