Mirror - QPR and West Ham battling for Adrien Silva

Tribal Football - Real Madrid to use Parejo to beat Barcelona for Diame
Real Madrid are ready to use Dani Parejo to clinch an option on Rayo Vallecano midfielder Mohamed Diame. The 21 year-old Frenchman is a target for Real and Barcelona after a superb first-half of the season at Rayo. Real have just re-signed Parejo from QPR, but are ready to send him to Rayo on-loan in exchange for first refusal on Diame - with a deal to be struck at the end of this season. Tribal Football

Croydon Advertiser - Exclusive: Palace want at least £1m for Watson
- Crystal Palace will only allow prized asset Ben Watson to leave the club in January if they receive an offer of at least £1 million, the Advertiser can reveal.
- The future of the red-headed midfielder has been the subject of intense speculation ever since he reject the offer of a new contract at the club in the summer.
- QPR, Birmingham City and Nottingham Forest were all thought to be interested in the former England Under 21 star.
- Warnock revealed last week that he had recently rejected a fresh approach from the Loftus Road club and the Advertiser has since learned that the offer was for £500,000
- In addition to Watson's Championship admirers, the 22-year-old has recently been linked with a move to the Premier League - with Everton, West ham, Fulham and Middlesbrough all reportedly keen on the Eagles academy graduate.
- However the Advertiser understands that any club preparing a January bid for Watson must do so with the intention of putting down a seven figure sum.
The Selhurst Park club are reluctant to part with Watson, particularly with their promotion tilt gathering pace, and are willing to chance their arm on a summer tribunal rather than accept a cut-price deal in the new year.
- And Palace are confident of getting in the region of £1.5m for Watson through a tribunal and are determined not to part with their talented playmaker unless they receive an offer that is at least close to that mark. Croydon Advertiser

QPR Official Site - SPREADING THE FESTIVE CHEER
QPR Holdings Ltd Chairman Flavio Briatore has been doing his bit to spread some festive cheer to the people of Kenya.
During a recent trip to Malindi, where his uniquely beautiful resort 'Lion In The Sun' is based, Briatore visited the local football team, Zegge FC.
And with the support of Lotto Sport Italia, the R's official kit supplier, Briatore presented them with an assortment of boots, kits and footballs.
Supported by QPR, Briatore now sponsors Zegge FC, which translates in the local slang language as 'the ones that cannot be defeated.' QPR
